Modern 272 m2 flat located in the centre of the Ukrainian capital of Kiev where a complete renovation has been carried out. A laborious renovation due to the dimensions of the space which, thanks to the use of Topciment microcement, was carried out in a record period of time without demolition or rubble.
Through the interior design, the aim was to create a home that would provide functionality, comfort and well-being to the owners due to their active lifestyle. Objective achieved. Open-plan and continuous rooms have been created, where joints are conspicuous by their absence thanks to the application of Microdeck on the floor and stairs and Microfino on the walls and ceiling.
Spaces with a very marked atmosphere in each of them and, above all, practical. Two coverings of high decorative value and highly resistant to traffic, stains, environmental humidity, abrasion wear and, in the case of the floor and stairs, with a non-slip finish. All versatility in less than 3 mm.
