Modern 272 m2 apartment located in the center of the Ukrainian capital of Kiev where a comprehensive reform has been carried out. A laborious renovation due to the dimensions of the space that, thanks to the use of Topciment microcement, has been carried out in a record time without demolitions or rubble.

Through interior design, the aim was to create a home that provided functionality, comfort and well-being to the owners due to their very active lifestyle. Objective achieved. Open and continuous rooms have been created, where the joints shine by their absence thanks to the application of Microdeck on the floor and stairs and Microfino on walls and ceiling.

Spaces with a very marked atmosphere each and, above all, practical. Two high-value decorative coatings and very resistant to traffic, stains, environmental humidity, wear by abrasion and, in the case of the floor and stairs, with anti-slip finish. All versatility in less than 3 mm.
