This remodelling, by Ambau Taller d’Arquitectes, started with one premise: to transform an old flat with many small rooms and little light into a modern home with a space for a bicycle workshop. Once the layout had been designed, neutral colours were chosen: white panelled walls together with Microcement Topciment flooring for the whole house. A design in which the coldness with which the result was supposed to look was tinged with a multitude of brightly coloured complements, creating a fantastic story that tells the life and taste of its owners.
