This water-based varnish, which facilitates the cleaning and maintenance of microcement, is highly resistant to wear, abrasion and scratches, chemicals and dirt. Although it does not yellow outdoors, it guarantees maximum performance indoors.

TopSealer® WT One Coat polyurethane sealer is suitable for application on multiple substrates: metals, stamped concrete and cement floors, parquet and wood. It is formulated to be applied noticeably faster than before, thus considerably speeding up the execution time of the works.

As for the finishes offered by this polyurethane varnish, we find matt, satin and glossy varnish.

TopSealer® WT Dragon two-component waterborne polyurethane varnish is available in 3L (Component A) + 1L (Component B) containers.

This exclusive varnish gives an extra hardness to the microcement as well as preventing water vapour transpiration. In addition, this two-component 100% solids varnish has the ability to enhance the colour of microcement and stamped concrete floors in interiors and exteriors.

If the professional is looking to reduce the gloss of the final finish, a coat of our TopSealer® WT One Coat varnish (satin, matt or super matt finish) or a coat of our TopSealer® DSV varnish (satin, matt or glossy) can be applied afterwards. With any of these combinations, the surface coated with microcement automatically acquires a higher scratch resistance.

There are two types of two-component polyurea TopSealer® Pro + depending on the curing times: Fast and Slow.

TopSealer® Pro + Fast — Two-component, fast curing, waterproof polyurea. The two-component polyurea TopSealer® Pro + Fast intensifies and enhances the colour of microcement and concrete substrates. Its application is carried out with a methacrylate or biflex anti-burn trowel and guarantees excellent resistance to water, wear, certain chemicals and UV light. This two-component, 100% solids, primer-free varnish enhances the colour of microcement coatings. In addition to its high resistance, it stands out for its remarkable resistance to yellowing.

TopSealer® Pro + Slow — Two-component, fast curing, waterproof polyurea. TopSealer® Pro + Slow is a two-component, 100% solids, two-component clearcoat that does not require priming. A two-component polyurea with the ability to waterproof against running water and protect any microcement substrate as well as concrete floors. This polyurea enhances the gloss of the surface as well as its hardness. It is applied in a single coat with a "0 pore" roller (foam roller) or trowel. It has very good resistance to wear, UV light (no yellowing) and some chemicals. As with the polyurea TopSealer® Pro + Fast, this two-component, 100% solids, waterproofs the microcement against running water and prevents water vapour transpiration.

The coverage of the two-componen polyurethanes TopSealer® Pro + Fast and TopSealer® Pro + Slow is: 60-100 g / m2 (1 coat)

Packaging

TopSealer® Pro + Fast and TopSealer® Pro + Slow two-component 100% solid and waterproof coatings are packaged in a two-component pack of 0.8 kg (component A) and 0.64 kg (component B).

This two-component polyurethane sealer confers good resistance to abrasion, scratching, water, ultraviolet light and household cleaning agents.

In addition, it is an acrylic varnish that considerably enhances the colour of micro-cement, concrete, wood or parquet coatings. The three finishes of Topsealer DSV are: matt, gloss and satin.

Topsealer DSV two-component solvent-based acrylic polyurethane varnish comes in a 4 L container (component A) + two 1 L containers (hardener component B).

A water-based acrylic varnish used as a sealer for swimming pools in the old Atlanttic Aquaciment® microcement system and which now only acts as a primer for some of our microcement systems.

Presealer has the ability to act as a primer between the microcement and the varnish, consolidating and waterproofing the substrate. Specifically on the Sttandard, Natture two-component microcement systems and the Evoluttion one-component system.

Presealer water-based acrylic varnish as a swimming pool sealer. One of the possible applications of Presealer water-based acrylic varnish is on our Atlanttic system, the microcement for swimming pools. In this case, Presealer acts as a swimming pool sealer, creating a film that protects and consolidates the microcement pools at the same time. If you want to use it as a swimming pool sealer, it will be necessary to apply two coats of Presealer water-based acrylic varnish using a short-haired microfibre roller. Allow 4 hours drying time between coats.

Presealer water-based acrylic varnish as a microcement primer. The other option for applying Presealer water-based acrylic varnish is as a microcement primer, as it has the capacity to act as a bonding bridge between the microcement and the varnish, consolidating and waterproofing the substrate. Specifically on our two-component microcement systems (Sttandard ) and on our Evoluttion one-component microcement. In the same way, two coats of Presealer should be applied with a short pile microfibre roller with a separation of 4 hours between coats. It is then essential to protect the microcement surface with one of our Topsealer WT varnishes.

This polyurethane sealer considerably enhances the colour and provides good abrasion resistance, along with quick drying and easy application.

This two-component polyurethane varnish is highly recommended for microcement kitchens and microcement bathrooms. It is perfectly resistant to bleach, detergents, vinegar stains, oil, wine, grease, etc.

Topsealer WT Spray is a water-based spray varnish that is available in gloss and has good resistance to abrasion, scratches, chemical agents, water, alkalis and does not yellow under the action of sunlight.

Topsealer WT Spray waterborne polyurethane spray varnish is available in 3 L bottles (Component A) + 1 L bottle (Component B).

This 100% solids polyurethane with stain-resistant properties is specially designed to protect microcement coatings, although it is suitable for continuous decorative and industrial flooring, both cementitious and resin-based. Composed of two components, this water-based polyurethane varnish with a natural look also stands out for its quick drying time. You only need to wait 4 to 6 hours between coats, which significantly speeds up work on large projects.

A sealer that offers good resistance to chemical agents and water, making the surface waterproof against occasional contact with running water. Additionally, it is notable for providing excellent resistance to abrasion and scratching, easy application, and for not yellowing under sunlight.
