¿Con qué materiales se puede revestir el mortero autonivelante industrial XTREMFLOOR® Level Industrial?

Este autonivelante industrial, configurado como mortero de preparación aunque sea apto como acabado decorativo mineral de tonalidad gris, es compatible con numerosos soportes. Antes de explicar cuáles, hay que tener en cuenta las siguientes recomendaciones y limitaciones:

• No se puede usar en exteriores.

• En losas que no presenten barreras de vapor, asegurarse de que no haya ascenso de humedad capilar. Tampoco puede aplicarse sobre pisos con humedad permanente.

Cómo aplicar nuestro nivelador industrial: paso a paso

Es fundamental preparar correctamente el soporte antes de amasar el mortero. Para ello, hay que asegurarse que la superficie esté asentada, seca y sin restos de suciedad o polvo. Si fuera necesario, tratar mecánicamente mediante abrasión mecánica de tipo fresado, granallado o diamantado. Asimismo, el pavimento ha de contar con una resistencia a la compresión de 12 MPa como mínimo y una resistencia a la tracción superior a 1,2 N/mm² (ensayo “pull-off”).

1. Imprimar con Primapox® 100 Barrier

Apply Primapox® 100 Barrier with aggregate saturation on porous supports such as concrete and mortars and on non-porous supports such as ceramics, terrazzo or troweled concrete. Let the product dry for 24 hours so that the final coverage is uniform.

2. Amasar el autonivelante industrial XTREMFLOOR® Level Industrial

Since it is a non-pigmentable mortar, knead directly with clean water. For every 25 kg of XTREMFLOOR® Level Industrial, mix with 5 liters of water with a slow electric whisk (500 rpm) until the dough is homogeneous and without lumps.

3. Apply the industrial self-leveling mortar XTREMFLOOR® Level Industrial

Pour onto the pavement, spreading and smoothing the product with the help of a leveling trowel to achieve the desired thickness. In this case, between 5 and 20 millimeters. We recommend the use of a spiked roller to deaerate the dough and prevent air from being occluded in the mortar. Important: if you opt for application with the pumping technique, you must place the hose 20 cm from the ground and, in addition, apply the fresh material on fresh.

4. Colocar el revestimiento de acabado
