Cleaning and maintenance microcement | Waxes and cleaners

Microcement is a material with very particular characteristics and properties. Therefore, it is necessary to use the appropriate products that guarantee optimal care and maintenance.

Topciment has developed four products specialised in the maintenance and cleaning of microcement.

They are characterised by being biodegradable and respectful to the environment, for their qualities for cleaning the most difficult dirt and, above all, for helping to preserve the conditions of the materials and their properties (shine, texture, chromatic intensity, resistance, etc.).

General recommendations

It is advisable to take special care during the first few weeks after the application of the microcement, as it has not yet reached its maximum hardness and chemical resistance. After that time, it is important to maintain the care of the surface to preserve its condition and attributes for longer.

It is essential to follow certain general recommendations to preserve the microcement, similar to those of natural wood parquet. For example, avoid hitting or rubbing the surface with hard elements, as well as dragging heavy objects. Remember to lift and support, never drag.

We urge to protect the floor from possible damage caused by furniture, such as metal legs or sharp surfaces, using protective stops. Pointed furniture legs are discouraged, as they will damage the surfaces.

It is also recommended to avoid puddles and contact with moisture. Or keep the surface free of abrasive materials, such as stones or grit, that can scratch the microcement.

Regular cleaning

- Ecoclean Basic. Indicado para una limpieza doméstica, diluido en agua. Se puede utilizar a partir de dos semanas después de la aplicación del microcemento.

- Ecoclean Pro. Suitable for tough dirt. Apply undiluted, spraying and letting it act for a few moments.

Periodic maintenance

- Ceraciment Basic. Creates a protective layer that provides hardness and natural shine.

- Ceraciment Pro. Provides a metallic finish. Suitable for a professional finish.

Microcement cleaner Ecoclean Basic

Ecoclean Basic it is an eco-friendly detergent cleaner, respectful with the environment and ideal for cleaning surfaces coated with microcement.

Designed with biodegradable ingredients, this slightly alkaline microcement cleaner is very effective against the most common household dirt such as grease, food residues, lime marks, oil, wine, blood, chocolate, etc.

But Ecoclean Basic not only is it effective in removing everyday household dirt on microcement, but also on other materials such as marble, tiles or granite.

Where to apply microcement cleaner Ecoclean Basic

Although Ecoclean Basic it is highly recommended for microcement cleaning, it is equally effective for removing domestic dirt on marble, granite, tile, ceramic, stoneware or polished concrete supports, among others.

This cleaner is ideal for kitchen and bathroom floors and walls, countertops, ovens, microwaves, taps, ceramic hobs and tables. Although it can also be used in small offices and shops.

ECOCLEAN PRO

Microcement cleaner Ecoclean Pro

Ecoclean Pro it is an eco-friendly detergent cleaner ideal for removing the most difficult and persistent dirt. This cleaner for microcement surfaces has been designed with biodegradable ingredients and is environmentally friendly.

Of alkaline character and with a great sequestering and detergent power, this microcement cleaner is capable of eradicating almost all types of stains and marks: soot, grease, food residues, biofilm, lime marks, tyre marks, formwork removers, pollution, etc.

Being able to remove the most ingrained dirt, Ecoclean Pro it is intended for professional and industrial cleaning not only of microcement supports, but also of terrazzo, imprinted concrete, tiles, stoneware or mortars.

Ecoclean Pro not only is it extremely effective in cleaning microcement. It is equally efficient on natural stone supports, tiles, ceramics, stoneware, mortars, concrete, stainless steel, certain plastics and epoxy paints, among others.

It's perfect for deep cleaning of workshops, machinery, garages, construction sites and restorations, car parks, large areas such as warehouses and shopping centres, leisure centres, bars and restaurants, hotels or hospitals.

Microcement protective wax Ceraciment Basic

Ceraciment Basic it is a maintenance wax for floors that provides hardness and natural shine to any surface.

Its special formula allows for the enrichment and penetration into treated soils, especially indicated for microcement floors. Its application is for domestic use.
